Advertiser Agreement

This agreement is between the advertiser and AmigaMia S.L. en constitución, operating the AmigaMia platform.
Platform role
AmigaMia provides a digital platform where adults can publish profiles, discover other profiles and choose whether to contact one another. AmigaMia does not arrange, book, negotiate, guarantee or manage meetings, assignments or services between users. Any contact or meeting is a choice made by the people involved.
Eligibility and profile responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about yourself and your profile. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, maintaining your profile and responding to people who contact you. You participate voluntarily; there is no exclusivity or requirement to remain on the platform.
Lawful use
You must use AmigaMia in accordance with applicable law. You may not use a profile, message, link, image, video or other platform feature to offer, request, arrange, book or facilitate an activity that is unlawful or violates these terms. AmigaMia may restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary under these terms or applicable rules.
Photos and other content
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and display each photo, video, text and other material, including permission from any identifiable person shown. Do not upload material that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not authorised to share. You allow AmigaMia to host and display your submitted material only to operate and promote your profile on the platform.
Advertising periods and payment
Any price, advertising period, promotion and payment method will be shown before you confirm a purchase. An advert ends when its paid or promotional period expires unless you extend it. There is no automatic renewal. A free period or campaign code applies only as described when it is offered.
Optional media sales
Paid sales of photos or videos are not included in this agreement unless AmigaMia separately enables that feature and presents additional terms, fees and payout information for your acceptance.
Suspension, removal and ending participation
You may stop participating and request account closure through the available account controls or by contacting AmigaMia. AmigaMia may pause or remove a profile or content that appears to breach this agreement or applicable law, and may act on valid legal requests. Expired adverts may no longer appear publicly.
